Mordros, meaning sound of the sea in Cornish, was born from our love of the Cornish coast and family life on the beach. We wanted to create fun but also practical items for our children. The inspirations for our unique designs come from the beautiful coastlines and surrounding countryside of the North Cornwall Coast.

We, being Emma and Louise, have been friends for too many years to mention and between us have an extensive knowledge of retail (plus Ems midwifery skills) and importantly first hand experience of needing practical clothing as Mum's of  young families .

 It all started as a few doodles and ideas over a  coffee and deciding to just go for it! It gives us the much needed time to be creative while having a good catch up. We hand draw all of our designs which means they are 100% unique to us. All of our items are vinyl printed to order by us right here in Cornwall.

Having started with children's wear we soon received numerous requests for adults and now have a wide range of children's, men's and ladies' stock.
