We only ever want our customers to be happy with their purchases, however we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. We want to make it easy for you to return any items that you are unhappy with.
Our Returns Policy is as follows:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for either a full refund or an exchange.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.
- Before sending back any return, please message us via our Contact Us page to obtain your unique returns number and return address details.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the item arrives back to us safely.
- For exchanges, please let us know what size or colour you would like, and we will do our best to fulfill your request. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been customised or personalised in any way.
- If an item arrives and you believe it has a defect or error, please let us know immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Everything we do is printed to order, we aim to get everything out as quickly as possible but please allow 7-10 working days from your date of order to delivery. For time sensitive orders please feel free to contact us and we will try and do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
